Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation dt.24.08.2018 seeking benefit of revised consolidated pension as per the directions in Memorandum dt.06.04.2016 of the Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, PG & Pensions, Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare, New Delhi, to the 4th respondent and states that the 4th respondent has not disposed of the said representation.

Sri Ch.Jagannadha Rao, Standing Counsel appearing for 4th respondents states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation for revised consolidated pension as per the directions in Memorandum dt.06.04.2016 of the Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, PG & Pensions, Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare, New Delhi, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
