Keeping in view the averments made in the criminal petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner/A1, the condition to the extent that 'to appear before the Station House Officer, Kukatpally Police Station on every sunday' as imposed on 14.10.2016 by XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur in Crl.M.P.No.3464 of 2016 in Crime No.788 of 2016 is hereby relaxed. All the other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer concerned as and when required for the purpose of investigation, till filing of the charge sheet. This criminal petition is allowed to the extent indicated above. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
