Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Medical Health & Family Welfare (A.P.) appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 10.10.2017, in W.P.No.33747 of 2017 of this Court. A copy of the same is filed along with writ material papers.

The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "It has been further observed that, considering the fact that on account of pendency of the Writ Petitions, some of the eligible institutions could not make admissions for the academic year 2017-18 and considering the fact that, no interim orders were passed, in fairness, the said institutions shall be given an opportunity to make admissions, for which purpose, the respondents shall consider issuing notification in terms of the Rules and such exercise shall be completed within 15 days from today. It is clarified that the respondents shall be at liberty to take action with respect to the institutions, which have not complied with the formalities like obtaining registration/permissions, as required in terms of Sections 17 and 24, as may be applicable."

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 10.10.2017, in W.P.No.33747 of 2017 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
