HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2276 OF 2016

O R D E R

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 27.04.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36084 of 2014 wherein this Court directed the respondents to deposit 50% of the amounts as per the order dated 07.09.2012 in E.P.No.83 of 2010 within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Today when the matter is called, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition as well as the learned Standing counsel for the 3rd respondent submitted that the aforesaid order has been complied with and in respect of the same, they produced the proceedings dated 04.01.2017 and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Recording the above submission, the contempt case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
