KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 37239 OF 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice SURESH KUMAR KAIT) Pursuant to order, dated 07.11.2017, respondent Nos.1 to 3 has produced respondent No.4 along with minor child viz., Kasula Shambhavi. This Court interacted with the aforesaid child, who states that she with her own wish went with respondent No.4 on 27.10.2017 and came back on 11.11.2017. She further stated that both are known to each other. She also stated that no sexual abuse whatsoever have been made by respondent No.4.

Presently, the girl is with her mother and mother will take care of the child.

Since the child is with her parents, no further direction is required to be passed in the present petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
