THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.5266 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Sri G.L. Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Smt. Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent Corporation.

The petitioner in this case complains of inaction on the part of the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation in the context of the alleged illegal constructions being made by the Construction Committee of Masjid-E-Kalan, Hanamkonda, Warangal District. However, it is an admitted fact that the petitioner has not made any representation in this regard to the Corporation. Copies of the representations made by others had been filed in support of this writ petition.

Without approaching the authority concerned seeking appropriate action, it is not open to the petitioner to straightaway approach this Court and complain of any inaction on the part of such authority.
