HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.No.41038 of 2018 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he filed revision before the 3rd respondent on 31-03-2018 under Section 9 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act against the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer in ROR Appeal No.C/11/2017,dated 31-01-2018. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
