THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6992 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/A-4 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.16 of 2016 on the file of Tamsi Police Station, Adilabad, Adilabad District.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C.

4. Considering the said facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the police concerned on or before 16.5.2016 and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with one surety for the like sum for his future appearance and shall also file an affidavit informing the police that he will cooperate with the investigation. On such execution of bond and affidavit, the police concerned are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, if any, without arresting the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
