THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

The petitioner challenges the notice, dated 11.5.2016, of the Tahsildar, Garladinne Mandal, Ananthapur District (respondent No.4) alleging that borewell is dug without obtaining due permission and contrary to the mandate of the Andhra Pradesh Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002.

2. The petitioner was asked to submit his explanation. Accordingly, the petitioner submitted his explanation on 16.5.2016. It appears that so far, no orders are passed. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed his explanation, the Tahsildar - respondent No.4 is directed to consider the said explanation and pass orders as warranted by law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any such order, it is open to him to avail the remedies as available under law.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. __________________________ JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO Date: 19.5.2016
