This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in registering the document No.6793 of2018 executed by the 3rd respondent in favour of 4th respondent, though the petitioners sale deed document bearing No.1583 of 2017 is in subsistence, as illegal and arbitrary. Admittedly, petitioners have alternative remedy, if they are aggrieved by the registration of document No.6793 of 2018 executed by 3rd respondent in favour of 4th respondent. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition, as such, the same is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy in accordance with law, if they are so advised.
