HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16322 of 2016 O R D E R:- Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and keeping in view the serious accusations made against the petitioner - A5, this Court is not inclined to relax any of the conditions imposed on A5 by the Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam vide order dated 02.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3612 of 2016 (in Cr.No. 34 of 2016 of K.D.Peta Police Station). Hence, this Criminal Petition is devoid of merits and the same is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
