Rajaram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A. Veeraswamy, learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if they so desire for appropriate reliefs. Granting liberty to the petitioner to file petition shall not be treated as an expression on the locus of the petitioner to file such petition.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed.
