HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16891 of 2016 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to the petitioners - A1 and A5 in connection with Cr.No. 254 of 2016 of Manakondur Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 506 read with 149 IPC. In view of the fact that earlier, the petitioners - A1 and A5 filed Crl.P.No. 16593 of 2016 for the very same relief, and this Court, by order dated 09.12.2016, dismissed the same, and since then, there have been no changed circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Hence, the Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
