This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not conducting survey in Sy.No.29, admeasuring Ac.4.04 guntas in Renukapur Village, Begum Maqta, Saroor Nagar, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to make application through online for conducting survey in the subject land. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary application through online. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make application through online and on such application, the respondents shall consider the same and take action, in accordance with the guidelines laid down by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch on 28.04.2016.
