The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 6 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners' land admeasuring Ac.2.00 gts, situated at Sy.No.45 of Gudimalkapur Village, Asifnagar Mandal, Hyderabad District, as illegal and arbitrary. After arguing the matter for some time and when the Court has expressed its opinion as to the allegations made in the writ affidavit, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
