HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.35561 OF 2017 O R D E R :

It is the case of the petitioner that he made representation dated 20.08.2016 to the 5th respondent requesting to issue orders for payment of P.F with interest. In pursuance of the same, the 5th respondent Bank has passed resolution to pay PF to the petitioner along with interest. But, the said amount is not being paid to the petitioner, till date. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court disposes the writ petition with a direction to the competent authority to consider the petitioner's case, in accordance with law and take necessary action, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
