Admittedly, the award and decree passed against the petitioner in the month of November, without challenging the same, the petitioner approached this Court, as such the petitioner has alternative remedy of approaching Cooperative Tribunal under Section 76 of Co-operative Societies Act.

Smt.Bobba Vijaya Laxmi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 states that the petitioner has alternative remedy.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
