The case of the petitioner was that he was issued showcause notice dated 02-04-2017 for taking action. The authorization of petitioner's fair price shop is valid and subsisting, but the respondent-authorities are not supplying the stocks. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

As long as, the authorization of petitioner's fair price shop is valid and subsisting, the respondents are obligated to supply stocks to the petitioner for distribution to card holders. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to supply the stocks to the petitioner as long as his authorization of fair price shop is valid and subsisting.
