The petitioner challenges the impugned proceedings dated 31-10-2017, wherein the petitioner's fair price shop authorization was suspended.

Admittedly, the petitioner has alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned proceedings. When the same was brought to the notice of learned counsel for the petitioner, he submits that writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer to complete the enquiry in fixed period.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
