HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12102 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioners/ A1 to A3, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.151 of 2017 on the file of Bellampalli II Town Police Station, Ramagundam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 270, 273, 328 r/ w 34 IPC and Section 59(1), 55 of the Food Safety and Standards Act.

The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent/ State submits that the police already filed charge sheet is filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bellampalli and C.C.No.416 of 2018 is allotted and hence, the relief sought for in this criminal petition has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh criminal petition impugning the police final report with Part-II Case Diary, to decide on own merits.
