The case of the petitioner is that he is a fair-price shop dealer and that he submitted a representation dated 03-05-2017 to the Tahsildar, Machavaram Mandal for grant of leave and Tahsildar also granted leave by proceedings dated 05-06-2017 and appointed one Smt.Bahatam Venkata Lakshmi temporarily for three months from 01-06-2017 to 3108-2017 to run the fair price shop No.15 of Pillutla Village, Machavaram Mandal, Guntur District. After recovery from illhealth, the petitioner made representation on 15-09-2017 to reappoint to duty. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. Since the grievance of the petitioner is already pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to dispose of the same.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
