This Appeal Suit is filed against the order dated 03.01.2002 in O.S.No.34 of 1997 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Gadwal.

The appeal was filed in the year 2002 against the judgment passed in O.S.No.34 of 1997 by which the suit filed by the appellant was dismissed. No representation for the appellant. It seems, appellant is not showing any interest in submitting arguments. Therefore, it is deemed that the appellant lost interest to proceed with prosecuting the appeal.

Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
