Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for 4th respondent. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that he filed a suit O.S.No.1 of 2015 before the 4th respondent against respondent Nos.1 to 3 but the 4th respondent is not taking any steps in the matter to decide the said suit.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that 4th respondent will dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Therefore, the Writ petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to decide the said suit within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the Civil Procedure Code.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
