THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34978 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner is a temporary dealer in respect of shop No.0104300 of Raminaiduvalasa Village, Rajam Mandal in Srikakulam District, and the authorization of the petitioner is valid up to March 2018. She was appointed on 02.06.2016. The present Writ petition is filed when a notification was issued for appointment of a permanent fair price shop dealer in respect of the same shop.

Since the petitioner is only a temporary dealer, there is nothing wrong in issuing the notification for appointment of a permanent dealer. The petitioner can also apply pursuant to the said notification. However, the petitioner shall not be disturbed till the permanent appointment is made. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
