Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the criminal petition and seeks liberty to the petitioners to file petition for similar relief only after report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the Investigating Agency. The Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
