HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.38127 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges the proceedings dated 23-09-2017, wherein and whereby the fair price shop authorization of the petitioner was suspended on the ground of variations.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that all the variations are within permissible limits.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submits that there is variation in respect of Kerosene. Already the petitioner was issued show-cause notice dated 23-09-2017 to show-cause why her authorization shall not be cancelled.

The petitioner submitted explanation on 22-09-2017.

In view of the same, the respondent-authorities are directed to consider the explanation of the petitioner and pass orders after giving opportunity of hearing to her within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case, enquiry is not conducted within said period, authorization of the petitioner shall stand revoked.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
