Even though authorization of petitioner's fair price shop is valid and subsisting, the respondents are not supplying stocks to the petitioner.

Now learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies produced proceedings dated 02-11-2017 suspending the authorization of the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to challenge the said proceedings. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
