This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the order passed by the 3rd respondent vide R.C.No.600/2014, CSDT, dated 07.10.2014, suspending the authorisation of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary and to set aside the same. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies produced proceedings dated 25.10.2017, whereby petitioner's authorisation is cancelled.

In view of the proceedings dated 25.10.2017, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 25.10.2017, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
