WRIT PETITION NO.21489 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) None appeared for the petitioner in the morning. Even now none appears for the petitioner.

Heard Sri Santosh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader (TS) for the respondents.

In this Habeas Corpus writ petition, the petitioner seeks production of her husband Pasham Srinivas, contending that he has been illegally detained by respondents. The 4th respondent filed counter affidavit categorically stating that the husband of the petitioner is involved in 8 crimes and he is absconding since long. In paragraph 4 of the counter affidavit, he has also given a list of crimes registered against the petitioner's husband. It appears that, there is also an order of detention passed against him on 19.3.2016.

In the circumstances, we do not find any merit in the writ petition. Writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand dismissed. No costs.
