The case of the petitioner is that he filed appeal along with stay petition before the 2nd respondent against the proceedings in Rc.No.2685/2017-B, dated 31-07-2017 passed by the 3rd respondent. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any irregularities and by oversight could not renew the fair-price shop's authorization within time, as such cancellation is not warranted.

Since the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the said aspect in the appeal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
