HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42198 of 2018 ORDER :

Petitioner is seeking to provide the details of assignment of house sites under Sy.No.105/1 of Lake Ville Extension, Trimulghery Sivar, Alwal Municipality of Ranga Reddy District. However, no documentary evidence is produced by the petitioner to show his right over the said land.

As rightly contended by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, by way of an omnibus representation seeking for providing details of assignments over the subject survey number, the petitioner wants to settle civil disputes by way of this writ petition. In view of above, no relief can be granted in this writ petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to agitate his rights by availing alternate remedies available under law.
