Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for the respondents. 2.

The order of suspension of fair price shop dealership dated 25.05.2017 is challenged in this writ petition. This Court having noticed that there is no further progress, even after 90 days, suspension cannot be continued and by order dated 15.11.2017, granted interim suspension of the order of suspension dated 25.05.2017.

Learned Government Pleader informs the Court that in pursuant to the interim suspension, the fair price shop dealership is revoked and authorization is continued as on today.

Since I do not see any error in the view taken by this Court, granting interim suspension, and in view of revocation of suspension of authorization by virtue of interim order, the respondents are directed to continue the authorization of fair price shop dealership of the petitioner till final orders are passed, if any proceedings are pending against him. Such continuation is subject to petitioner fulfilling all other parameters of dealership authorization and has not suffered any other disabilities or faced any action, resulting in cancellation of authorization.
