HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 1 0 3 3 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - On noticing the instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, PC Palli Police Station, Prakasam District, that no complaint from the petitioner herein was received on 03.01.2018, a request is made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner to permit the petitioner herein to submit a fresh complaint for consideration to the respondent-police authorities.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to submit a fresh complaint, if he is so advised, for consideration to the respondent-police authorities strictly in accordance with law.
