The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner questioning the order dated 16.11.2016 in C.M.A.No.39 of 2013 passed by the VI Additional District Judge, Siddipet, Medak District.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, original petition itself was disposed of on 22.06.2018, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication..

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
