Heard Sri V.Tulasi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri M.Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.4 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of certiorari calling for the records of respondent No.3 in proceedings No.B/ 2132/ 2015, dated 21.03.2016, as confirmed by the order of respondent No.2, dated 06.10.2016, in Case Nos.A2/ 3171/ 2016 and A2/ 3434/ 2016.

When the Court expressed its objection with regard to filing of the writ petition instead of availing the remedy available under law, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would file a revision before the Joint Collector against the order dated 06.10.2016, passed by the Special Grade Deputy Collector and Revenue Divisional Officer, Saroornagar Division. However, he seeks protection for a limited period. The same is not seriously opposed by the learned Government Pleader and also by the learned counsel for the unofficial respondents. 5.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer a revision against the order dated
06.10.2016, passed in A.S.Nos.A2/ 3171/ 2016 and A2/ 3434/ 2016, in accordance with law. In view of the apprehension expressed by the counsel that the authorities would alter the records, there shall be stay of the operation of the impugned order dated 06.10.2016 for a period of three weeks from today.

Registry is directed to return the originals of the impugned orders i.e., the orders passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer and Tahsildar.
