HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.12125 of 2018 COMMON ORDER :
I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed to permit petitioner No.1/A.1 to represent petitioner Nos.3 and 5/A.3 and A.5 as GPA holder from the GPA. Hence, I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed.

The petitioners are A.1 to A.5 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 3.
I.A.No.3 of 2018 are filed to permit them to compound the offences by recording the compromise in C.C.No.188 of 2018 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which is out come of Crime No.75 of 2018 of Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 and 506 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and affidavit of the 2nd respondent was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.3 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 in C.C.No.188 of 2018 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are hereby
quashed and they are acquitted. The bail bonds of A.1 to A.5, if any, shall stand cancelled.
