THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.35796 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance, as espoused in the Writ Petition, is that the scheduled commodities are not being supplied to her fair price shop for distribution.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that as a matter of fact, from November, 2017 onwards, the petitioner was being supplied with the scheduled commodities for distribution and that the petitioner being a temporary dealer would be continued only till permanent appointment is made.

In those circumstances, the Writ Petition is closed. It is made clear that without there being any complaint lodged or proceedings initiated against the petitioner, as long as the petitioner's fair price shop authorization is subsisting, the respondents are bound to supply to her the scheduled commodities for distribution.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
