Sri M.P. Chandramouli, learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated the letter dated 07.03.2018 to the Registry to list the Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal', as his client instructed him to do so. Hence, it is taken up today. The learned counsel is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition and it is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the interim order dated 22.11.2017, which was made absolute by order dated 29.11.2017 shall stand dissolved.
