HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 2118 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.15925 of 2016 dated 18.07.2016. This Court, after narrating the events leading to filing of the Writ Petition, disposed of the Writ Petition, in the absence of instructions to the learned Government Pleader, by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks. After receipt of the said order, the District Educational Officer, Warangal, considered the representation of the petitioner and passed a reasoned order on 02.12.2016 negativing the request of the petitioner on the ground that one person is already working and he cannot be replaced at this juncture. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the said order it creates a fresh cause of action and it cannot be said that it violates the orders passed by this Court.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
