The case of the petitioner is that authorization of his fair price shop dealer was cancelled vide proceedings in Rc.No.M-349/2017, dated 11-05-2017 by the 3rd respondent. Against the same, the petitioner filed appeal before the 2nd respondent on 21-08-2017. As the said appeal is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law. Till then, the respondents shall not make permanent appointments of dealers in respect of the fair price shop of the petitioner.
