HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.45622 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not considering the applications of the petitioner dated 08-12-2014 and 27-03-2015 for regularization of his property under G.O.Ms.No.455, Revenue (UC.I) Department, dated 29-07-2002 and G.O.Ms.No.747, Revenue (UC.I) Department, dated 18-06-2008 as illegal and arbitrary.

Since it is stated that the applications said to have been filed by the petitioner dated 08-12-2014 and 27-03-2015 for regularization of the property under G.O.Ms.No.455, dated 29-07-2002 and G.O.Ms.No.747, dated 18-06-2008 are pending, without expressing any opinion on merits, the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the said applications in accordance with law.
