THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9362 OF 2002 ORDER:

As there was no representation for the petitioner on 18.06.2018, 17.07.2018 and 24.07.2018, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. In spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, the matter was adjourned for three times, at the request of the petitioner's counsel. Today, there is not even any representation for the petitioner's counsel either in the forenoon session or afternoon session. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
