The petitioner has, admittedly, alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order. In the judgment of B.Manjula v. District Collector, Civil Supplies1 relied on by learned counsel for the petitioner also, the matter was takenup after exhausting alternative remedies. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of appeal.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
