THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.35837 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of Shop No.7, Kondamodu Village, Rajupalem Mandal, Guntur District. While so, on 12.09.2017 the Deputy Tahsildar (CS), Pedakurapadu, visited her shop and alleging certain variations in the stock, a show cause notice was issued on 27.09.2017 and the third respondent also passed an order of suspension on 27.09.2017. The petitioner filed her explanation on 12.10.2017 and also filed an appeal before the second respondent against the order of suspension. As no orders were passed in the appeal and the enquiry before the third respondent is still pending, the present Writ Petition is filed. Though the appeal is filed, since the proceedings are pending before the third respondent, which were initiated in the month of September, 2017, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing the third respondent to dispose of the said proceedings after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of two months. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
