This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.37 of 2018 of Chiragpally Police Station, Sangareddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State and perused the record.

The petitioners/accused, without approaching the Court of Session under Section 438 Cr.P.C., filed this application. There are no special or exceptional circumstances to consider this application by this Court. The petitioners/accused are at liberty to file an application before the Court of Session under Section 438 Cr.P.C. if they choose to do so.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
