This Writ Petition is filed alleging that the respondents are interfering with the petitioner's lands admeasuring Ac.1.00 comprising of Ac.0.04 guntas in Survey No.382/A1, Ac.0.04 guntas in Survey No.382/A1/1, Ac.0.15 guntas in Survey No.382/A1/2, Ac.0.12 guntas in Survey No.382/A1/4 and Ac.0.05 guntas in Survey No.382/A situated at Tellapur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, without following due process. 3.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, though notification for acquisition of lands was issued, there is no further notice and opportunity to the petitioner. However, the revenue authorities inspected the subject lands and demarcated the property and are taking steps to lay the road. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition placed before this Court the photo copy of the written instructions furnished by the Tahsildar, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, vide his letter dated 14.11.2018. According to the said letter, further action is in process pursuant to the notification issued under Section 11 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, published on 07.01.2018 and that no revenue official has visited the premises of the petitioner and there is no immediate proposal

to lay road affecting the property of the petitioner without completing the acquisition process.

Having regard to the said categorical assertion of the Tahsildar, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear that without following due process, petitioner's property shall not be affected. There shall be no order as to costs.
