No.1505 of 2018 Dt: 09.09.2019 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, the appellant, is aggrieved by the order dated 12.11.2018, passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.39615 of 2018.

Mr. A. Prabhakar Rao, the learned counsel for the appellant, submits that by order dated 07.08.2019, the writ petition has been decided. Therefore, the present writ appeal has become infructuous.

The writ appeal is hereby dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
