HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 2448 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds as per the orders passed in D.Dis.LRDT/92/2014, dated 07.03.2015, in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.65 cents in Survey No.761/2 of Railway Kodur Village and Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, as illegal and arbitrary. Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider their online representation dated 06.02.2016 at the earliest.

In view of the above submission and without going into merits of the case, the Tahsildar, Railway Kodur, shall consider the online representation dated 06.02.2016 made by the petitioners seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall

be no order as to costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _______________________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR 11.02.2016 vhb
