Heard counsel for petitioner and Sri Ch.Srinivas, Standing Counsel for respondents 4 and 5.

In this Writ Petition, petitioner has questioned the action of the 5th respondent in not renewing his license as a commission agent and insisting upon fulfillment of conditions laid down in G.O.Ms.No.57 Agriculture & Co-Operation (AM-II) Department, dt.12.10.2015 by issuing a common notice dt.30.10.2015 in Rc.No.384/2015.

Counsel for petitioner as well as Standing Counsel for respondents 4 and 5 stated that issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by order dt.02.12.2015 in W.P.No.39011 of 2015.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ petition is also allowed; 5th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application for grant of commission agent license without reference to G.O.Ms.No.57 Agriculture & Co-Operation (AM-II) Department, dt.12.10.2015 but by applying the norms in G.O.Ms.No.190 Agriculture and Cooperation (MKTG.I) Department, dt.06.04.1994 and communicate its decision to the petitioner within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
