HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.41062 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in seizing the empty vehicles bearing Nos.AP 31 TG 8585, A.P.31 Y 8949, A.P. 31 TW 0045, A.P. 31TM 1259 and A.P. 31 TG 5859 of the petitioners, without following any procedure under statutes, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the above said vehicles are produced before the concerned Court. It is further submitted that under similar circumstances, this Court in W.P.No.36142 of 2018, directed the petitioner therein to submit an appropriate application before the concerned Magistrate. In view of the order passed under similar circumstances in W.P.No.36142 of 2018, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make an application before the appropriate Court, as per the procedure of law, in which event, the concerned Magistrate shall deal with the same on the very same day, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
